Defects
The purchased items are unique products, entirely handmade. Small imperfections due to material properties or damage caused by improper maintenance are not covered by warranties. In case of significant damage, we ask you to send an email with an attached photo of the product and a brief description of the damage.
Possible warranties will only be considered and evaluated via email with attached photos.
Maintenance
Each piece is made with high-quality materials, treated with specific resins, but we remind you that it is a product made of wood. Do not wash in the dishwasher and do not expose to heat sources.
Shipping
We ship throughout Europe. For special shipments or simple information, you can contact us via email. Each item is packaged and sealed for transport.
Products may not be immediately available, it may take 2-3 weeks of waiting.
